  • Not everyone’s income or credit history will satisfy low or no interest finance providers to purchase the items they need or want, when they want them.

At Lease 24/7, we look at your individual financial situation, and tailor a rental agreement to suit your wants and needs.

  • Other than being over 18, anyone can apply to rent from Lease 24/7.

Lease 24/7 have a diverse range of customers. If you want to rent something from Lease 24/7, we will do everything in our power to tailor a rental agreement that’s just right for you.

  • The process is simple! You can apply anytime 24/7 on your computer, phone, or tablet.
  • To apply you will need to complete our secure online application form, ensuring you have provided answers to the questions provided and supplied all the requested supporting information.

At Lease 24/7, we meet all Australian legislative requirements for Consumer Lease.  Our aim is to help individuals and families gain access to basic household goods such as whiteware, furniture, electronics, phones, and computers. We will only enter a Lease if our products and services are right for you, and you will benefit from the Lease going ahead.

  • As soon as all your information has been received, we will look to assess your application in as little as 1 hour of receiving it (during our listed business hours).
  • Once we have verified your personal details, we can usually give you an answer the same day, if not, shortly after.

Lease 24/7 takes a lot of care to review your application details. If Lease 24/7 are genuine in their want to assist individuals and families, we need to take the time to fully understand how we can best help you.

  • Our application process is 100% paperless, and hassle free. All documentation can be signed electronically and returned at a time convenient to you.

At Lease 24/7, we understand your most convenient time to sign paperwork is when you’ve put the kids down in the evening or finished your shift while relaxing in front of the TV. Our convenient electronic signing process lets you review the information we have compiled for you at your leisure. No pressure to sign documentation on the spot that you haven’t reviewed.

  • Our staff are in hot demand, but our deliveries are very prompt. Normally, you will take delivery within 72 business hours of approval.
  • Lease 24/7 will organize a delivery date with you at the time your application is approved.
@ Lease 24/7 we have our very own team of Customer Experience Specialists in every region in our impossible to miss Lease 24/7 vans. We personally deliver all rented items directly to you! Not only that, but we will also install your new furniture, whiteware or electronics and show you how to use it correctly and safely. We will take away all the packaging, and we can even take away any item our rented item is replacing. We always make sure you are 100% happy with your item before we leave.
  • Lease 24/7 do not request upfront payments.

Lease 24/7 understands that making an upfront payment or payments like most rental providers request can be difficult. Lease 24/7 want to make the renting process as simple and painless as we can. We do not request an upfront payment.

  • Our preference is direct debit. Your direct debit options include EziDebit and Cpay.
  • Ask us if you want to pay by direct deposit, or even directly from your employer.

Lease 24/7 can accept most payment methods of your choice.

  • Every new product we rent comes with a warranty for the term of the Lease.
  • If the product fails (due to no fault of your own), our terms and conditions protect you by stating that Lease 24/7 must repair or replace the rented items so they can be used for their intended purpose.
  • If the Goods are damaged (caused by accident) Lease 24/7 can often assist with repairing the item. Lease 24/7 may allow you to pay the cost of the repair off during the term of the lease (plus a small administration cost).

Lease 24/7’s strength is its people on the ground. No other rental provider has more people located in the areas we service than Lease 24/7. This provides Lease 24/7 with greater capability to manage failures or repairs than other rental providers who are located 1,000’s of kilometres away.

No, you will not be required to make your rental payments if the goods have failed providing you have:

  • Provided Lease 24/7 can access your property to check the Goods for fault (this could include an authorized repairer)
  • The fault is a defect in material or manufacturing and not due to accident or misuse
  • Your scheduled payments are up to date

Lease 24/7 take product failures seriously. Not only does a product failure take priority in our field teams daily tasks, but you won’t pay for Goods you’re unable to use. We will suspend your payments for the period you haven’t had use of the Goods up until they are returned to you. For essential services, we will do everything to provide you a loan unit (payments would continue when a loan unit is provided).

  • All Consumer Lease agreements offer the customer the option to terminate their rental agreement. There are fees for terminating your Lease 24/7 rental agreement which are documented in our terms and conditions.

@ Lease 24/7, we understand your circumstances may change and the new property you have moved to doesn’t fit the lounge your previously rented or you want a bigger fridge. All renters are entitled to request terminating their Consumer Lease.

  • You can request a revised pre-loved rental amount and enter a new agreement for the existing item/s
  • Offer to purchase the item/s (all reasonable offers will be considered)

  • Rent any 58" TV from our range during the promotional period and choose from either the 38" TV for $1 a day or the 40" TV for $2 a day.
  • Contract terms:  To be eligible for the $1 or $2 a day TV promotion, any applicant will need to apply and qualify for a 58" Chiq TV, Credit Criteria Applies
